A very Merry Christmas!

It’s Christmas afternoon here in Australia and I am sitting down to play with the 3 new cricut cartridges I received as gifts. I was blessed to receive Create a Critter, Winter Folic and Country Life f rom my children-all 3 are ones that I am looking forward to using and have some great images and words on them.

We have a nephew and a niece getting married in Feb and so I have two wedding acceptance cards to make. I wonder what I can use from my new cartridges for these cards? Might have to get on the community boards at cricut.com and see if I can get some inspiration…..
The only problem is that after a huge Christmas dinner I’m not sure I can keep my eyes open long enough to make anything 🙂 Mmmmm maybe I need to make a cup of coffee on my new coffee machine before I start to help me keep awake! We have 2 of our sons home for Christmas  and one of them is a cook in the Air Force so I enlisted his help with the Christmas dinner this year. The turkey with spinach and cranberry stuffing he made was superb- fortunately there is a bit left over for our evening meal tonight ( if we can fit anything in that is ). While John and the boys are downstairs in various stages of sleep and watching John’s Star Trek Voyager DVD’s I am writing this and trying to get creative.
